REDUCTIONS
A reduction can be made if the hirer's party consists of no more than 2 people outside main holiday periods.

CANCELLATIONS / INSURANCE
We strongly suggest that you take out holiday insurance as cancellations are not refundable.

PAYMENT
A deposit of one-third is required to be sent with the completed booking form to secure the booking (together with proof of insurance cover): the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the holiday.

If you do not wish to take out holiday insurance then the full amount will be payable on booking.

LIABILITY
The owners cannot accept responsibility for guest's property. Use of the Mill, rowing boat and grounds are at guest's own risk.

HEATING AND LIGHTING
Heating is by night-storage heaters with supplementary electric heaters and towel rails 'on demand' as required. Water heating and cooking are all electrically powered. 'Economy 7' and normal tariff electricity is payable by meter readings at the end of the holiday.

ACCOMMODATION
Two double bedrooms and one twin room. Fully equipped kitchen includes split-level oven/hob, microwave oven and dishwasher. Colour TV/DVD in sitting room plus TV in master bedroom.

LINEN
Duvets with linen are provided, but guests are requested to supply their own towels and tea-towels.

PETS
A well behaved pet may be accepted at an additional cost please discuss before booking.

BY ARRANGEMENT
Champagne or wine can be made available for your arrival - discuss at time of booking.

SMOKING
Consideration for other guests as well as the fabric of the Mill itself means that we ask our guests to observe a no-smoking policy within the Mill.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Your accommodation will be ready for you from 3pm; please advise us by telephone of your approximate arrival time as soon as you are able. Departing guests are requested to vacate by 10 a.m. to allow cleaning staff access.
